We’re used to working closely with architects and consultants at the planning and design stage to ensure the right solution, right from the start and we understand the importance of working closely throughout the build with all involved. That may mean liaising with clients about their requirements, working alongside the main contractors, and adapting to alterations in the programme.

Programme demands are often an area of concern for construction related projects. Kinetic IT’s agile approach to our project delivery allows us to work within a tight working programme where necessary. We always work closely with the main contractor and other site trades to plan the co-ordination of works sensibly and safely, flexibly adapting our programme where possible to achieve the desired end result both on time and on budget!
